Beneath the house, towards the sea, there is a green area and a walking path. The outdoor pool will allow you to refresh and relax. Nearby, you will find a small marina, shops, restaurants, and bars. Visit nearby towns such as Medulin and Premantura, as well as Cape Kamenjak with its numerous bays and beautiful natural beaches. The ancient town of Pula is also not far away, with numerous sights and recreational opportunities that will enrich your holiday.
